ACCP has reduced prices by 42% since 1996!

That's right. In 1996 we were charging $27/box for waste removal. A 2.1 cubic feet box for $27. Now we charge $263 per cubic meter. There is 35.3 cubic feet per cubic meter which equals 16.8 boxes at 2.11 cubic feet each. At $27/box this equals $453.60 dollars for one cubic meter at
1996 prices. That's a 42% reduction in cost. One would think that in lieu of going down, ACCP would be going up because of higher energy. How we do it is our little secret but rest assured we are inspected every six months to make sure we are doing it right. So we aren't cutting corners, we
are just more efficient.

Comparison of typical cardboard box to our current prices:

Assumption – A typical cardboard box holds approximately 2.11 cubic feet if weight is not an issue. In order for the bottom to not collapse it can usually carry up to 32 pounds if it is in a dry environment.

Cargo Bag1.2 cubic meter or 35.3 cubic feet (16.7 boxes) and can safely hold 2,000 pounds (62.5 boxes). Our price is $263 each or in box price - $15.75/each (2.11 cubic ft. Ea.) or $4.21/each (32 pounds each)

Megabag - .3 cubic meter or (11 boxes). Our price is $108/each or in box price - $9.82/each (2.11 cubic feet each)

55-gallon Food Container: The typical food waste container aboard a vessel is the lowly 55-gallon drum and may weigh as much as 440 pounds, meaning 13.75 boxes (32 pounds each). Our price is $66/drum or $4.80 per box (32 pounds each).

Pallet – 1+ cubic meter and supports 2,000 pounds, where our price is $240/each or box prices of  $14.37/each (2.11 cubic ft./box) or $4.80/each (32 pounds/box)

USDA/USCG Container - $168/cubic yard or $6.22/cubic ft. and can transport up to 1,150 pounds/cubic yard. Box price would be $13.12/box (2.11 cubic ft) or $4.68/each (32 pounds/box). Vessel can use these containers for any non-hazardous material including food waste such as oily
rags.

Industrial Waste - $200/drum
Batteries - $12/lb.
Empty metal/plastic drums - $25/ea.
Expired Medicine - $75/each box
Pyrotechnics - $100/ea.

Note: ACCP quit using cardboard boxes in 2000 because they do not meet USDA regulations. Try wetting down a cardboard box and see just how ‘leak-proof’ it is or how well it handles. All of the prices shown above are before discount.

ACCP reserves the right to change prices without notice unless under written contract. This offer is good until further notice and cancels and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, understanding and agreements, either written or oral with respect to the subject matter hereof. Date of

NOTICE: Landfill costs have increased six times since January 2006 as a direct result of increased fuel cost. We just received another notice today of an additional 5.5% plus a fuel surcharge. We've seen our fuel cost go from $1.70 to over $3.49 per gallon. With the new pollution
regulations, we have watched our trucks go from 10 MPG to 5MPG resulting in increased fuel consumption. How that is supposed to help our environment is beyond us but that is another story. The bottom line is if my cost go up then your cost is going up if we want to stay in business. If fuel
cost goes to $4.00/gallon as they are telling us it will do this summer, expect another increase in cost. We wish we had our own private oil well but we don't and we are at the mercy of the oil companies and our government just as you are. To be honest, until our government comes up with a
energy plan, we will continue to have knee jerk reactions to every time the wind blows a leaf in the middle-east. 5/2/6
We carry full liability insurance on all employees and equipment including ULS&H and Worker's Comp.
